To actively respond to the call for social welfare, on November 12, 2025, under the leadership and thoughtful organization of the Jinpan Development Zone Management Committee, the Party Branch of Zhejiang Xinke Medical Technology Co., Ltd. worked closely to coordinate the annual voluntary blood donation event. The team took charge of on-site volunteer guidance, table and chair setup, process coordination, and more.

The event was held at the company headquarters, making it convenient for employees to participate while ensuring that volunteers from all enterprises could donate blood safely and in an orderly environment.

Early in the morning, the company lobby was transformed into a “Love Blood Donation Station.” Under the guidance of staff members, volunteers completed information registration, medical examinations, and blood collection in sequence.

What touched everyone most were the familiar faces who return year after year. In an interview, one Xinke employee—who has donated blood more than ten times—shared:
"I donated 400 mL this time, bringing my total to 3,600 mL. Being able to help others in this way is truly meaningful to me."

It is this long-term commitment and exemplary behavior from employees that have gradually made blood donation a natural and voluntary act among Xinke people, embedding the spirit of “devotion” as a warm and steadfast part of the company culture.
